Ditching of the Roses will be released as the first single from our forthcoming album, Documentaries.

The song was the beacon for the band in recording our second album, which seemed like an almost impossible task before Ditching of the Roses came along (think Harry Secombe being totally all like “mooooooore??!” in the modern talkie Oliver). Working on it provided relief during some tricky personal moments, like tinkering in the toolshed on rainy days. It employed a few methods which marked a departure from our first album and would become guiding ideas for the rest of Documentaries. Ditching of the Roses is primarily about being a weirdo on social media and making it someone else’s problem. Gardyloo.
